Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Full-Time Server in Springfield, Virginia. You will welcome residents and guests, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience in a senior living community.

This role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and resident engagement with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized organization. The position offers daytime shifts with a focus on work-life balance, competitive wage, and on-site health

Qualifications

• Must meet state age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
