Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking friendly Servers to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

You will enter orders accurately, up‑sale drinks and desserts, and maintain safety standards while delivering timely service and check settlements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand for an 8–12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when seated.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly.
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner.
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Following all food safety standards.

Your Responsibilities as a Server
