Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Server to warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience in our Conyers, GA location. You will deliver food, upsell drinks and desserts, and settle checks while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirement and work authorization.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours and move around the restaurant.
• Team player with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly.
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner.
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Following all food safety standards.

Your Responsibilities as a Server
