Job summary

Arcis Golf at McDowell Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly server to welcome members and guests, take orders, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

You will know the menu, suggest pairings, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and members.
• Have full understanding of the menu and offer recommendations.
• Be able to answer guest questions and resolve concerns gracefully.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy.
• Provide an elevated dining experience and smile on guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist teammates and support events as needed.

As a server you are vital to the operation by welcoming guests, taking food & beverage orders and providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Servers are responsible for making sure our guests and members are smiling!
