Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly server at Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, AZ. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. You will communicate with kitchen and bar teams, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a clean, efficient service area.

The role emphasizes a passionate service mindset, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment with great food and benefits. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Understand the menu well, can answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and provide an elevated dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu guidance and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
