Job summary

Hash Kitchen in Scottsdale is hiring servers for our breakfast and lunch concept. You will own the guest experience from greeting to delivering the check, working with a tight front- and back-of-house squad in a high-volume setting.

We offer minimum tipped base wage plus tips averaging $18-$30 per hour, with evenings free and opportunities to grow into trainer or shift lead roles.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and connect with them from the first hello.
• Know the menu and beverages well to answer questions and upsell specials.
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and on time, checking back with guests.
• Keep the dining room organized, bus/sanitize/set tables, and coordinate with the kitchen.

What the job actually is

Asa Server for Hash Kitchen you own the guest experience. Practically, that meansfour things:

1. Greetand connect. Welcomeour guests quickly, warmly, and with a genuine smile - make them feel likeregulars from the first hello.
2. Guidethe order. Know themenu and beverages well enough to answer questions, suggest, and upsellspecials without being pushy.
3. Deliverthe experience. Getfood and drinks to the table accurately and on time and check back before aguest has to ask.
4. Keepthe room right. Bus,sanitize, and set tables, handle transactions accurately, and work with thekitchen and your Squad to keep service moving.

Who We Are

HashKitchen started in 2015 as one Phoenix restaurant built on a simple idea:breakfast deserves a chef. Chef Joey Maggiore grew up in his father Tomaso's kitchens and brought that cooking to the daypart nobody was taking seriously,breakfast and lunch.
