Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking energetic servers for full-time or part-time dine-in service in Schaumburg, IL. No prior experience is required as training is provided; exceptional guest service is expected and tips are additional earnings.

Servers will explain menu items, guide guests through their dining experience, and handle order placement, service, and payments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Previous experience is not required - we will train you!

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.

Job Summary

The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
