PF Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Northbrook, IL, is seeking friendly restaurant servers to provide exceptional, guest-focused service in a fast-paced dining room. No prior experience required; we train you to deliver a memorable dining experience with attentiveness and courtesy.

Team members help guests select menu items, take orders, process payments, and maintain restaurant flow. A fun, fast-paced environment offers growth and opportunities in a thriving Pan-Asian concept.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.

Job Summary

The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
