El Castillo Retirement Residences is seeking a professional Server to provide exceptional front-of-house service to residents, including delivering meals and maintaining dining room standards. The role requires standing and walking throughout shifts, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking satellite kitchens, operating the POS system, setting up salad bars, delivering meals to memory care, and ensuring meticulous sanitation per HACCP guidelines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a server in fine dining.
• At least 1 year of experience using a POS system.

Mansioni

• Stock satellite kitchens and complete stock forms.
• Operate a POS system.
• Set up salad bar prior to dinner service.
• Prepare cold items for dinner on medical floors.
• Deliver meals to memory care unit and dining areas.

The Server provides front of house service directly to residents. In addition, they provide delivery and service in the Health Center Dining Areas.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for completing stock forms and stocking satellite kitchens on the property.
• Ability to operate a POS (Point of Sales) system.
• Responsible for setting up the salad bar pre-dinner service.
• Responsible for cold items for dinner service for all medical floors.
• Responsible for delivering all lunch and dinner items to memory care unit.
• Responsible for providing an excellent dining experience in the dining room.
• Responsible for afternoon beverage serviceResponsible for making lunch and dinner deliveries to residents.
• Responsible for tracking and log sanitation temperatures and follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of a clean dining room and service alley.
• Responsible for taking down dessert station and salad bar after dinner service.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Server in fine dining.
• 1 year experience using a POS (Point of Sales) system

Physical Requirements:

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects that weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
