Responsibilities include serving, upholding food safety standards, maintaining clean spaces, handling cash where needed, and assisting with events and daily operations. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred; varies by position.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation appropriate to the role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.

• Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning of food and beverage areas.
• Respond to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
• Work with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
• Follow cash-handling, POS, and company procedures where applicable.
• Support special events, banquets, and other operational needs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As Server, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Job Purpose

The Food & Beverage position supports the hotel's food and beverage operations by preparing, serving, or coordinating quality products and exceptional guest service. This position follows established standards for food safety, cleanliness, presentation, and service while contributing to an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests promptly.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Work in hot, cold, wet, or otherwise varying environments as required.
