Job summary

Outback Steakhouse, a franchisee of Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, is seeking a Server to deliver memorable dining experiences in a busy Utah location. You will manage tables, share menu recommendations, and ensure timely, hospitable service.

You will help guests with orders, payments, and maintaining hospitality standards while contributing to a fun team environment. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Efficiently managing assigned table sections following hospitality standards.

• Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations.
• Anticipating guests' needs, processing orders, and taking payments hospitably and timely.

The Server is also responsible for:

• Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following our hospitality standards


• Making memorable first and last impressions


• Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment


• Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner.
