Job summary

Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, franchised to Outback Steakhouse, is seeking a Server to deliver memorable dining experiences and uphold hospitality standards. You will welcome guests, take orders, explain menu items, and ensure timely service in a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate order taking with the POS system, and collaboration with the team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a franchise location in Utah.

The Server is also responsible for:

• Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following our hospitality standards


• Making memorable first and last impressions


• Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment


• Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner.
