Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking dedicated Restaurant Servers in Gulf Shores, Alabama. As the face of the restaurant, you will ensure a great dining experience by taking and delivering food orders, assisting customers, and handling checks. This role requires teamwork with management to address any customer concerns swiftly.

• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to address all customer concerns.
• Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders when needed.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.

Job description

Restaurant Servers are the face of the restaurant to its customers. They attend diners by taking and delivering food orders, answering questions, and providing a great customer experience. They are also responsible for delivering checks, accepting payments, and tidying tables after diners leave.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
