Job summary

Tom's Watch Bar in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding guest service during sports events and busy hospitality hours.

You will promote menu specials, assist guests with questions, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming dining environment. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to think on your feet to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience and passion for hospitality.
• Superior temperament and excellent communication skills.
• Food and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to serve alcohol.

• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed.
• Must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience.
