Job Title: Server

As a Server, you will perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the service area, facilities, and equipment. You will have the opportunity to work with an innovative company where hard work is rewarded and advancement is possible.

Required Experience for Server:

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and foster a teamwork environment.

Primary Responsibilities for Server:

• Serve meals professionally, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.

General Working Conditions:

This position involves standing for long periods. Employees must communicate effectively, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle equipment. Occasionally, reaching with hands and arms is required. The role involves reviewing detailed documents and reading screens. Employees may lift/move up to 25 pounds and must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. The environment has moderate noise levels, and occasional travel may be required.
