Job summary

Grace Senior Living Rochester Hills is seeking a friendly Server to greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals with energy and hospitality.

You will maintain menu knowledge, stay organized between seatings, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet Michigan state age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable.
