Vicious Biscuit in Bon Air near Richmond is hiring Service Team Members to join our fast-paced brunch crew. We celebrate teamwork, inclusivity and personal growth, with no late-night hours and a single shift.

Starting at $14 per hour minimum for entry-level positions, you’ll help greet guests, operate the POS, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. No experience is required, and we offer health, vision and dental insurance, plus ongoing training and a fun, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting Guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.

Physical Demands:
