The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia community, is hiring Servers to join our team in Richfield, MN. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided to set you up for success.

As a Server, you will serve residents, employees, and families, assist with food preparation and dining service, and help maintain a clean kitchen and dining room. Part-time with weekend shifts and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Prior customer service, food service, or serving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

• Engage residents by talking to them and describing meal choices.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.

• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.

Serverat The Pines,you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. You will also wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. You will work beside other Servers to get the job done.

Position Type:Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend
Shifts Available:
Weekdays and Every other Weekend:
Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Weeknights 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wage Range:$16 - $19.41 / hour depending on experience
Location:400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423
