Job summary

First Watch in Richardson, TX is seeking servers who share our YOU FIRST culture. We offer no night shifts and a chef-curated menu, with a focus on making employees happy and empowered to serve guests confidently.

You will learn and apply our Five Steps of Service while delivering an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. As a server, you will juggle tableside duties with menu expertise, support your teammates, and maintain friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
