Job summary

Arby's Rexburg is seeking a friendly server to deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, explain menu items, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with attentive service.

You’ll handle guest concerns by listening, escalating when needed, and maintaining hospitality standards, while offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the team.
