Job Description

As an Applebee's Server, you will provide guests with a friendly and welcoming experience. You will make recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and deliver food and beverage service throughout the shift. You must be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively, and be committed to a team‑centered environment.

Physical Standards

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings throughout the entire shift. Must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
