Job summary

Solera Senior Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a compassionate Server to create a welcoming dining experience for our residents. You will provide attentive, courteous service while upholding high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.

Shifts are part-time in the PM and on weekends. Previous serving experience is welcome but not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver excellent customer service and support a warm, family-like atmosphere for our

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service.
• Serve room trays as needed.
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards.
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure.

Server Position Summary

The Server plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. The Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
