Job summary

Talking Rock Club in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Server eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will provide attentive service, describe specials, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean workstation.

Must have open availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and Sunday–Tuesday. Experience preferred, with a high school diploma or GED. Troon affiliation adds prestige and growth opportunities.

• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention after seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions.
• Take orders and deliver food promptly after preparation.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and restock items as needed.
• Handle checks and cash using the POS system.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in taste tests.
• Maintain clean workstation and perform side work.

Description

Talking Rock Club, located in Prescott, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Must have open availability, nights, weekends, holidays. Must have Sunday, Monday & Tuesday availability.

Key Responsibilities of the Server:

Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.

Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.

Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.

Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.

Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.

Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.

Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.

Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.

Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.

Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Server:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mustbeable tomeet stateage requirements for handling alcoholfor this position.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
