Job description

The Knotted Apron is looking for a new team member to join our crew! We are a small French-inspired bistro in Portland's Deering/Rosemont neighborhood, focused on genuine hospitality, scratch cooking, local ingredients, and creating an enjoyable environment for both our staff and guests.

We are currently seeking a server for 2–3 evenings per week. Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, and wine knowledge is a plus. We operate as a pooled house and place a strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and supporting one another. Most of our team members have been with us for years, and we're excited to welcome someone new who shares our values.
