Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred; private club or fine dining experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious, efficient, and knowledgeable service throughout each shift.
• Greet members by name and build positive, professional relationships.
• Guide members through menus, specials, and wine selections.
• Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain table standards, including proper settings, clearing, and resetting.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and station organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining rooms, service stations, and beverage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support banquet or event service as needed.
• Follow all club service standards, steps of service, and grooming guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Handle member concerns with professionalism and communicate issues to management promptly.

Key Responsibilities
