Hearth Kitchen in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania is seeking experienced Servers for both full-time and part-time roles. Ideal candidates will be motivated, energetic, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include accurately taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a great dining experience. A positive attitude and at least 2 years of serving experience are preferred. Benefits include discounted meals, healthcare, dental, and 401(k) for full-time employees.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Strong communication and listening skills to accurately take customers' food & drink orders
• Can interpret guest’s desires and provide recommendations
• Have a detailed knowledge of menu items
• Work closely with management to create a pleasant dining experience
• Enjoys providing great hospitality

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• 2+ years’ Server experience preferred
