Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Pflugerville, TX, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a Server to join its team. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining dining areas and following safety and cleaning protocols.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions with residents, guests and staff, and requires flexibility in hours to meet community needs.

Responsibilities

• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
