Discovery Management Group is seeking a part-time server to join our senior living community team in Hoffman Estates. You will take meal orders, serve residents, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining dining areas and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Know daily specials and describe all food items.
• Maintain side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.

Our community is looking for a Server ****to join our team.

Server Responsibilities :

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Schedule:

PRN - As needed split shifts- 6am to 11am & 3pm to 7pm.
