JJ's Fresh Orlando is seeking a friendly, bilingual Server to guide guests through our fresh-from-scratch menu, take accurate orders, and deliver a warm dining experience in English and Spanish.

This role emphasizes hospitality under pressure, with tip-based pay and opportunities for growth. You will greet guests, enter orders in POS, coordinate with kitchen, and help keep the dining area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 1–3 years server experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume service.
• Friendly, professional guest interaction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu in English or Spanish.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and check back on guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Communicate with kitchen and expo staff to keep service flowing.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties.
