As a Server at Upstream Brewing, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables
• Present menus and help customers select food and beverages
• Take and serve food/drinks orders promptly
• Ensure the accuracy of orders by liaising with the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils, sanitize tables, and replenish utensils if necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guests' inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Attention to detail in taking and delivering orders accurately

Requirements
