Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Server to provide friendly, professional dining service to residents and guests, take orders, serve meals, and maintain clean service spaces. You will follow sanitation standards and collaborate with the Dining Services team to ensure timely meal delivery.

No prior restaurant experience required, but friendliness and teamwork are essential. The position involves standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to other locations as needed.

Working Conditions

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the employee to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations with residents, guests, and other associates. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The employee must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
