Position Overview:

As a Server, you’ll be the face of Revel Sports Kitchen—taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring guests have an awesome time from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent service while keeping up with the fast-paced nature of a busy sports bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm welcome, provide menu recommendations, and ensure top-tier service.
• Order Taking & Accuracy: Take food and drink orders accurately, communicate special requests to the kitchen/bar, and deliver items promptly.
• Table Management: Keep tables clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
• Upselling & Recommendations: Suggest specials, drinks, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience.
• Game-Day Hustle: Handle high-volume crowds with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
• Teamwork: Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Check Management: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).

Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and able to create a fun atmosphere for guests.

Speed & Efficiency: Ability to multitask and thrive during busy shifts.

Team Player: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work, and committed to providing great service.
