Bricktown Brewery is opening a new Northwest Expressway location in Oklahoma City and is seeking friendly servers to join the team. The role offers part-time and full-time positions with base pay of $2.13 per hour plus tips, plus opportunities to grow within a busy, guest-focused restaurant.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Servers to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
• Answer menu questions, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
• Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Accurately process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas by pre-bussing, resetting tables, and completing side work.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
• Ability to carry food trays, beverages, and restaurant supplies safely.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and POS equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
