Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring for a Dining Room Server in Oak Park, IL. This on-site role offers a steady schedule, hands-on service, and opportunities to work during meals and special events within our Assisted Living community.

Responsibilities include attentive table service, order taking, and maintaining dining room setup. Must be 16+, English fluent, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal

About The Role

As a Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will play an active role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional dining experience throughout each meal and special event.

Working collaboratively with a team, you will provide hands-on table service and assist with special event service in our Assisted Living community.

Your Typical Responsibilities
