First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking servers who excel at delivering an exceptional guest experience during breakfast, brunch, or lunch. No night shifts, a chef-curated approach, and a culture that puts people first drive our team.

As a server, you’ll master the Five Steps of Service, juggle multiple tables with friendliness, and share knowledge about the menu to boost guest satisfaction and tips. Join a team that values independence and support.

You delight in delivering an exceptional experience for your customers and learning our Five Steps of Service – our proven method built on the belief that teamwork really does make the dream work (and brings in the tips!) You are the ultimate multi-tasker and menu expert who enjoys juggling tableside responsibilities with genuine friendliness and expert food knowledge.
