Job summary

The Reserve at Orchard Lake, an assisted living community, is seeking two part-time servers to provide exemplary dining service to residents in a warm, respectful setting in West Bloomfield. You will help create a positive dining experience while supporting resident satisfaction and quality of life.

Responsibilities include setting up the dining room, taking orders, serving meals, assisting with seating, and maintaining cleanliness, with emphasis on food safety and teamwork with kitchen and care

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
