Field Day Brewing Co. is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to join our team in North Liberty, IA. You will create memorable experiences by delivering attentive service, sharing beer recommendations, and collaborating with a team that takes pride in hospitality.

Compensation starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts next morning. Full-time opportunities include evenings/weekends; benefits include health options, PTO, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.

• Maintain clean and organized tables throughout the guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately using our POS system.
• Promote featured beers, merchandise, and to-go offerings.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure excellent service.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and support the team wherever needed.

As a Server, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, sharing menu and beer recommendations, and working alongside a team that takes pride in hospitality.

Field Day Brewing Co. is North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Whether guests join us for dinner, drinks, or a special event, our goal is to deliver an experience they'll want to come back for.

Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule:

• Full-time opportunities available, including evenings and weekends
• Daytime shifts available
