Job summary

Brandon Wilde Life Care Community in Evans, GA, is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will take orders, serve residents, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area while upholding quality standards.

Available shifts include full-time 6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, plus a part-time 3:30 PM–8:00 PM with weekend availability. Competitive benefits provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of Junior year in high school.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• All new hires must pass our pre-employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
