Job summary

Brandon Wilde is seeking a hospitality-minded EVS Floor Technician to join our team in Evans, GA. This part-time role focuses on floor care, porter functions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and visitors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of janitorial experience. Pre-employment screening and background checks are required as part of our hiring process.

Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality focused EVS Floor Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing.
• Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.
