Job summary

33 Seaport Hotel NYC is seeking a guest services associate to greet and serve guests according to our standards. You will take orders, set up side work, and answer questions about the menu while maintaining a professional appearance.

In this role, you will operate the POS system, ensure correct food appearance and portions, and collaborate with coworkers as a team player. This is a physical job requiring standing and lifting up to 30 lbs.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $16 - $18 per hour + tips.
