Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking an experienced Server to join our vibrant Vibe Dining concept in New York. You will deliver exceptional service, anticipate guest needs, and provide expert recommendations to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the dining journey, mastering menu knowledge, processing orders in the POS, and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout shifts. This role requires nights, weekends, and holidays availability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.

• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Deliver orders promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.

• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit while encouraging them to return

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
