Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional Vibe Dining in Irving, TX. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, and recommend wine and cocktails to elevate the dining experience.

Join a high-volume, upscale environment where teamwork, accuracy, and guest-first service drive success. You’ll handle orders, payments, and tips while maintaining polished service areas and a welcoming atmosphere throughout shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as server in upscale, high-volume dining preferred.
• Knowledge of menu, beverages, and wine pairings.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused service orientation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth and seamless service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit while inviting them to return.

What You’ll Do
