Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Nashville is seeking friendly, energetic servers who love hospitality. We train you, welcome guests, take and enter orders accurately, and deliver meals with care and speed. You’ll help guests choose from our vibrant menu and ensure a warm, home-like dining experience.

Open interviews daily 2-4 PM, part-time to 40 hours per person, with compensation starting at tipped minimum wage plus tips. Healthcare options and dining discounts are available to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
