Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka invites you to join our culinary team as a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server. This part-time role runs 4:00-7:00pm with every-other-weekend shifts, serving residents with warmth and professional care.

You will set tables, take orders, and deliver courteous service while upholding cleanliness, presentation, and food quality standards in a welcoming dining setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.

Schedule:

Part-time opportunity, 4:00-7:00pm, every other weekend required

Salary:

$16-18/hour

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
