Job summary

Havenwood of Maple Grove is seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join our culinary team. You will perform full-scope, hands-on dining room service within the community for residents and guests, delivering warm, attentive service in a senior living setting.

The role offers part-time hours with weekend requirements, $16-$18/hour DOE, and a collaborative environment that emphasizes cleanliness, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service and answer questions about menu items.
• Serve customers with proper etiquette and create an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Adhere to cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.

Havenwood of Maple Grove is recruiting for a hospitality focused Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
