Job summary

Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee is seeking a Server for part-time, non-exempt shifts in the evenings and weekends. You will provide attentive dining service to residents, take orders, and help maintain a welcoming, safe dining room.

This no-tip facility offers a supportive team, 401(k) with match after year, tuition scholarships, and other perks. Prior hospitality experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospitality service.
• Preferred experience at a senior living or health care facility.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work both with others and independently.
• Front of house service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic and hospitality mindset.

Location: Eastcastle Place

Salary: $17.00/ hour (note we are a no tip facility)

Position Type: Part time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 4:00 - 8:00 pm, every other weekend Saturdays 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sundays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, maintaining dining room cleanliness, accommodating resident preferences, and creating meaningful interactions throughout service. You’ll work closely with fellow hospitality team members, cooks, dietary staff, and leadership to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What You Will Do:

• Provide exceptional dining service and hospitality to residents and guests
• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order and cleanliness
• Correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and accommodate special requests both graciously and courteously
• Clear and reset tables during and after meal service
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environments
• Assist with special events and additional hospitality tasks as needed
