Job summary

Park Avenue Lifestyle is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining room team in Mesa, AZ. You will take resident and guest orders, relay them accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork with kitchen and dining room staff, and adherence to safety and service standards. Prior hospitality experience in senior living is a plus; we offer training and growth opportunities.

• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required.
• Other duties as assigned by your director.

• Climb - must be able to climb stairs on a frequent basis, with the opportunity to utilize the elevator as an alternate resource if available

• Squat - must be able to squat on a frequent basis to reach below the knee, may require lifting of 50 pounds or less.
