Position Summary

As an Applebee's Server, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a fun, flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Recommend menu items and answer questions about specials, pricing, and portion sizes.
• Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and service equipment.
• Work the register, process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and replenishment during busy periods.

Physical & Workplace Requirements
