Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Windsor Run in Matthews, NC is hiring for an entry-level dining associate. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant senior living community.

Develop menu knowledge, engage residents and guests with daily specials, record orders with precision, and deliver a high-quality dining experience every shift.

• Good communication skills
• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Weekday and weekend availability

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
