Job summary

Sterling Estates West Cobb is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. You will provide full-scope serving in our community, including two independent dining rooms, The Grille and The Hampton Club.

FT and PT opportunities are available; hours vary, with brunch service on Sundays. The role emphasizes cleanliness, proper etiquette, and guest satisfaction while serving seniors.

Qualifications

• High school sophomore completion required.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

STERLING ESTATES WEST COBB is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. Servers needed for our two Independent Dining rooms, The Grille and The Hampton Club. Pay is dependent on experience and shift availability. FT AND PT positions available. FT hours: 10am-8pm PT hours: 3pm-8pm. Our dining rooms are open 7 days a week with Brunch only service on Sundays (8am - 3pm).

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
• Experience in food service work preferred
• Experience in working with seniors preferred
